On behalf of the Board of Directors of L&P Global, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had, vide its letter dated 26 January 2024, approved the transfer of L&P Global’s entire issued share capital from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities, under the “Industrial Products & Services” sector.

The Transfer will take effect immediately two (2) market days upon the announcement to Bursa Securities on the transfer date via Bursa LINK.
