Reference is made to the Company's announcement on 13 June 2023, 16 August 2023 and 1 September 2023 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of L&P Global, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Securities Commission Malaysia had, vide its letter dated 17 January 2024 (which was received on 18 January 2024), approved the Proposed Transfer under Section 214(1) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 and under the Bumiputera equity requirement for public listed companies pursuant to the Proposed Transfer.

Further, in compliance with subparagraph 2A.2 under Practice Note 22 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, additional information on the Company is set out in the enclosed attachment.
